Oatmeal-Chocolate
Morsel Cookies
These cookies make
the house smell so wonderful ... just like one of those "mall cookie shops!"
They are also incredibly easy to mix up and bake. :0)

(18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix

cup regular oats, uncooked
1
cup raisins or currants (we prefer currants because they are smaller)
1
cup semisweet chocolate morsels
1
cup chopped pecans
1/3
cup vegetable oil
1/2
tsp. vanilla extract
3
large eggs, lightly beaten
Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
Yield: 6 dozen.
